Joining an existing organization

GolfFund organizes everything around a single organization (your school, booster club, foundation, etc.). The person who first sets up the organization is the organizer. They can then add other staff — coordinators, treasurer, check-in volunteers.

Don't sign up here.

If your organization is already on GolfFund, signing up would create a duplicate empty organization — separate from your real one. Your data wouldn't mix.

What to do instead:

  1. Email your organization's administrator
  2. Ask them to add your email under Settings → Team Members
  3. They'll choose your role (organizer / coordinator / finance / viewer)
  4. You'll be able to sign in at golffund.app/login and see the existing organization

Families, sponsors, and golfers don't need an account at all.

If you're a parent registering your kids, a sponsor making a commitment, or a golfer signing up for a tournament, the organizer will send you a direct link. Click it — no signup needed.
